Starting with the flavor, raspberry tea is awesome. It has natural flavor of raspberries without any artifiacl aftertaste. mixes very well. As for the effects: Pumps are good, not as good as with one more rep complete, but still better, then most of the stuff I've used. Sweating was also strong. ...

Trying it for the first time! Seems to provide a good blood rush to the working muscles. No freakish caffeine buzz. I think I will stick with it thanks for putting out a good product.
