Some baked goods still have that gritty/flaky texture, but 9 times out of 10 you can't tell it's gluten-free. I make cake, biscuits, cornbread, etc, with great success. Even a delicious pizza crust!

This is the best gluten free flour by far that I have used. It worked well for gravy, waffles, and cookies. This is all I have used it for so far. After the holidays, I am at the end of my bag of flour now and planning to buy my third bag of it ASAP!
