these are lovely. Everyone was sick with a cold. my 5 year old was having trouble sleeping because he was so congested. So i turned on my shower, put one of the tabs in and we sat and let the bathroom steam up. The amount of relief he got was amazing. He fell asleep in my arms.

My household had the crud and these things worked so well to open up sinus congestion. Left my bathroom and shower smelling good for two days as well! so bonus points lol. Just wish more came in the pack for the price.
