I love these. I try to drink 100 oz of water a day and I add 1/2 a pck to my 32oz bottle of water. I drink 3 of those a day and it adds just enough flavor that I suck it down like a soda. Great variety of flavors.

I bought these because I needed something sweet to drink while eating. cutting out cokes, it taste delicious. and a plus for me is there's no caffeine in them. I cant drink anything with caffeine in it because I have psoriasis and I get itchy. so I get to drink these and not get irritated.
