I await...The home button is falling, has many risks and signs that the cell phone was used much more than expected and accessories do not are original and don't have headphones. The informed conditions are not true with the quality of the product.

I bought this for a prepaid phone. It states it is compatible with all prepaid companies, but I have tried everyone in my area including Verizon, straight talk, Trac and it is not compatible with any of them. I can not get ahold of anyone for a return.

I ordered 2 phones which they are not charging and one of them the volume is not working. Lots of instructions to return or replace but hard to figure to whom to contact.
