I received this phone and it had a huge dent in the back of the phone and we noticed the whole phone looked a lil bent...we activated it and it just said "searching" for signal.. Never would connect. Had to return for a refund.

If I could give this purchase zero stars I would. The seller, Alpha Electronics & Toys, sold a non- working phone to me. It arrived with an unresponsive keyboard (more than half the letters and numbers on the screen were not responsive to touch.) Have been going back-and-forth for 10 days now ...

The phone screen was in great condition with no scratches.. My son was very happy to receive this Christmas gift. Only downfall is it came after Christmas when it stated it would be delivered by the end of the day on Christmas Eve.

Sold by Walmart but actually a company called JemJem. I looked them up on the Internet and they had good ratings. They sell premium and standard refurbished phones. I bought a standard for a little over $300, premium go for $400. The phone was in great shape and is working fine after two week...
