This is called "sheerweight", but I use it for regular weight cotton sheeting Aloha shirts. Any other weight interfacing would be too thick. I like the double fold, so I can cut 2 pieces at once. this is the best weight for making t shirt quilts. It is light enough so it doen not add stiffness or bulk to the quilt.

Very light weight. Makes it easy to sew t-shirt material, but lets the t-shirts remain soft and flexible. Ideal for a t-shirt quilt.
