I ordered 2 phones on line for Christmas. When the phones were shipped they were not scanned , so it looked like I put my daughters SIM card into a stolen phone. It was a huge hassle to get the problem fixed and finally ended up getting a refund on the phones.

Bought one of these for my wife. It's wifi is slower than her old LG phone. Major pauses when doing anything. Maybe the new ones actually work but the refurbished are garbage.

This phone does not work, has more problem than any phone I've ever used, shut down in middle of calls, texting charge 3 hour and can only use 1hour before having to charge again.

It overheated in less then five minutes. Phone to small. Returned phone and went to another phone company. Will never buy a refurbished phone again.

I bought this phone maybe 4 or 5 months ago for my business phone. Haven't had ANY issues with it. Works fine. Reception is good. Does that job. I'm not a technical person so I don't need fancy features and apps like most people do. And charge on battery holds up very well.
