I just love this baking blend. Use it to bake with & to sweeten my tea. However, I am unable to find it anymore. I hope it has not been discontinued as I cannot tolerate sugar substitutes because of my irritable bowel.

I was trying to find a sugar replacement that didn't contain sugar alcohols. Tried this out on a brownie recipe and it was fantastic! I love that I don't have to feel guilty when I am craving a dessert. Yes, it does have sugar and stevia. You'd probably still want to use this in moderation.
