The package is so flimsy that the pencils came cascading out of the mail envelope. This is not a small matter, when any pencil falls to the floor , most likely the lead, clay like material inside the pencil breaks. In the future you will be using the pencil until the point falls out, interrupting...

The colors are vibrant and melt into the water. I like the triangular shape. The wood is coarse which makes them sharpen a little rough. I wish there was a better holder for the pencils. Overall, a very good watercolor pencils for the cost.
