I am adhering to a low carb healthy weight loss diet. This particular flavor bar is both tasty and satiating. I eat one a day as part of my overall diet and exercise plan. Thiese products are winners! They need some new ones with more vegetable components.

This bar tastes way too much of the spinach and kale to please me. I could taste the pineapple if I focused on it but the banana was too subtle for me to perceive. I think KIND should rework this flavor and substitute a stronger-flavored fruit for the banana.

I was so excited after I tried this bar. It tastes just like the REAL dried pineapple that is almost impossible to find in stores (not the sugar coated stuff). This is my favorite of the kind fruit bars that I've tried so far. Thanks for making real food KIND!
