This is the only coconut milk I can get to separate in the fridge for recipes that require coconut cream.

It's coconut milk. I use it in soups and casseroles. It's common for coconut milk to have 'coconut cream' which separates from the milk but I haven't found that with this brand in Canada. Even if it did occur with this brand, the product would still be usable and fulfill it's purpose. I'm pleased...

This is one of my favourite brands of coconut milk. It has a smooth texture and tastes great curries. I highly recommend it, especially at $2.47 a can. It's a great deal!
