This was an outstanding buy and you get more than you pay for... the only issue was the seat bolts would not stay tight and the plastic cover on the bolts would not stay. Called customer support and they mailed me a new seat.

This toilet was very easy to install and, as advertised, required no special tools for the actual installation, bolting or tightening of bowl, tank, etc. I am overwhelmed by how well it flushes - much better than the 3.5gpf it replaced. No jamming, clogging, etc

This new toilet uses a lot less water than I expected and is wonderfully quiet which is greatly appreciated in a small house. It was fairly easy to install and its guts look simple if anything ever needs replacing. All in all a great buy and highly recommend.
