I used to add butter to olive oil when cooking/frying to help food get more crispy, but that's not necessary with this oil, and it doesn't "spatter" as much as coconut oil alone. I really like it and my food tastes great! I also use less with this product.

I was so excited when I first saw this oil being used on a cooking show and I just had to try it, of course I've used coconut oil and avocado separately and loved both, I had to try them together though and I wasn't disappointed I love the combination also and I'll continue to purchase this oil.

Although the expiration date was in 2021, this 16-oz. oil from Walmart.com seemed to be not as fresh tasting as the 32-oz. size I've bought from a different website. Other than that, I really like this oil because it has a light taste, it browns well and things get crispy without as much splatte...
