AM and PM Yoga for Beginners (DVD)

I am 72 years young and in Antigua, Guatemala where I am working as a missionary with  poor children.  I found AM Yoga years ago in a DVD rental shop and have memorized it.  The voice and music blend in to really make you feel the body responding. I am very flexable thanks to Yoga.

I bought this when it was on tape! I bought the DVD. I would like to buy this as a digital file. Is it not available? I love this and it is the best way for me to stay flexible.

With a chronic pain and fatigue disorder, I never thought that I would be able to do yoga. This video changed my life. Doing this in the AM and the PM helps me manage my pain and has enriched my life with the basic mindfulness mediation techniques at the beginning and end of each exercise.

I have been doing this yoga video for 10 years, I bought the DVD recently because my VHS version of it finally died. It is very relaxing and great for stretching!
