While the mist works great, the unit is impossible to sanitize without taking it completely apart to the wiring basically. For the price, we would expect a product to last more than 1 winter with proper use and maintenance, but sadly we have only been able to get 1 year out of the 2 units we have...

Dont buy. Find one thats easy to take apart and you can see everywhere water hits. I took a screwdriver and pried it apart and it was full of black and red mold.
