These are great if you need them for cooking or if you're watching your salt intake. I added salt to them because I'm a salt lover but these were delicious and I still haven't finished the entire bag! it's a pretty good size bag, resealable, and packaged well!

These nuts are great for a snack they are unsalted witch is perfect for someone with high cholesteral or for someone that is dieting and just wants a light snack and this 1 lb bag will keep u busy for a while ..

Great seed to snack on. But the added oil is too much and not-so-good-to-taste (canola and/or sunflower oil added). May be should not add canola oil (not healthy); adding sunflower oil is ok because these are, after all, sunflower seeds.

Having to be on a low sodium diet, I enjoyed the roasted flavor of these seeds alone on in my own trail mix.
