I purchased 4 of these faucets for two different jobs and they are no good. Had two different plumbers install them and still had problems. The faucets leaked as the plumber wasn't able to tighten under the sink they had to put putty to prevent leaking. Handle kept coming apart, the hotwater line...

My plumber said the hot water valve was cracked. I did not realize at the time I ordered it that Build.com would not allow me to return it once it was installed. I will not purchase from them again. However, I will continue to order from Walmart.com.

Installed these in 2004. Excellent finish. Ceramic valves still perfect. Did have to warranty two shower heads. The connections cracked. The replacements have been perfect. They stand behind their products. A 5 star except for the replacement which went fine.
