I've had this faucet since 2006 and it has been great, still looks and works perfect, no droop what-so-ever in the spray head. Just called about one issue with the membrane over the spray button and they are sending me a new one. Great Product - Great Customer Support!

We bought this faucet in 2008 and have had no problems the Rubber button on the head cracked and they are sending a new one to replace it I would definitely buy this faucet again.
