This was purchased about 10 years ago and it's been the best! I do wonder why it says you can't turn it upside down, that you can only use it with the Kohler side up?

The shower head is quiet and doesn't spray all over the walls. pricy, but we'll worth the money. It's not plastic junk like you can buy at retailers.

We got 2 for our his and her shower. If we knew this was available we would have gotten it years ago. Just rotate the head to any one of the 4 stream selections. Great selection and it has water flow!!!!! 2.5 gpm. And unless your city/town dumps the water into the ocean, almost 100% goes back...
