Used for a 2yr old. Gives extra girth to pedals. The way the blocks are packaged are not how they are installed. (Had to google) To install put the blocks on the pedals the wide way for more surface area. Then, place the rubber bands over the blocks from the short side. Hope this helps!

Easy to apply. This is my second set. Unfortunately someone took one off. The add on my pedal makes it easier to pedal.
