The watch links were pretty hard to remove if you have to make it smaller to fit the wrist but it has to be made to where it could be for a man with a big wrist and have links that are removable for men with smaller wrists. This is a nice watch. And it has a matching bracelet that comes with it in this gift set. I'm using the watch and bracelet for meetings and parties. The watch has large easy to see numbers. The band is heavy and has a professional feeling when worn.
