When I occasionally have muscle aches, I rely on Aleve. I've used them whenever I overexert myself and after taking it, I'm fine and ready for the next challenge. It works for me.

Easy to swallow as this is why I have a preference with gel tabs over regular. From time to time I get migraines that are unlike any other and this helps alleviate the pain. This also helps when my body is achy as it's anti inflammatory.

Better price on this name brand NSAID if you purchase the 120 ct. as opposed to the 80 ct. Although my doctor hates that I take this sometimes, there is nothing better, over the counter, for tough pain. And, nothing lasts as long either. I can't take the Aleve tablets, b/c they cause me stomac...
