EAAs with exogenous ketones makes for a great intro workout product. I also drink this while intermitten fasting to boost the release of fat for energy during Keto.

I've been doing the keto diet for a year now and have been looking for a product to help with my recovery. I tried Keto Aminos and have taken it for three months now. My workouts are better and I recover faster. That's hard for me since I eat basically no carbs.

I love the concept behind this. It really seems to work well, but I haven'Äôt been using it long enough to have a more definitive opinion. I like to combine it with the prevworkout and some ice in a blender. Love BPI! Thanks!
