I have been dealing with some stomach issues recently, cramping, bloating, nausea etc and started rubbing Cardamon diluted with coconut oil on my tummy twice a day. Not only does it smell amazing but I have noticed a change in my cramping and nausea within a few days. I love this oil.

I was wishy washy over this one - don't be! It smells heavenly. I diffused this all weekend with vanilla black pepper and and cinnamon for a vanilla chai diffuser blend. This oil is now one of my faves. I also used this is a roller for my kiddos for upset tummies and car sickness.

I love cardamom for homemade deodorant. It is my favorite spice to use whilst cooking, so of course I would love the essential oil version of it. Its scent is a sweet creamy and spicy pepper. It's also great for diffusing when you're feeling blue. Very uplifting!
