When I get that kicking legs sensation, these "kick in" quickly and put my legs to rest. Thank goodness because that was driving me a little bit mad when it would start in during the night and prevent me from sleeping!

I used to use a prescription for my restless legs syndrome, and it stopped working after a while. Since I found Restful Legs, I have no problem with my legs at night. I use it with Leg Cramps PM, but it works well alone.
