Best tasting protein powder I've had and I've had a lot. Won't buy muscle milk again and I threw away my optimum nutrition gold whey after tasting this one. Can't go back to poor tasting protein powders once you've had this. Will stick with syntha 6 and iso 100.

its really delicious. the main selling point of this product is it tastes like a milkshake. in which it really does. it even has cookie crumbs. it also has 3 different types of protein which are whey, cassein, and egg protein. the only thing i will say is if your following the recommended usage...

The worst tasting protein powder I have ever had and, I've tried sooo many from cheap to high quality. Sand has more of a creamy texture than this stuff. Grainy and awful aftertaste. Macros aren't that good either. Throw this in the trash.
