This fits in my daughters lunch bag for school perfectly. It's slim enough to still pack and close without squashing her lunch. The pack of 2 is nice too for those day we forget to empty out…there's a spare to save us for the day, while we place the forgotten one back in the freezer ; )

These ice packs are soft, unlike other ice packs in hard plastic. I already got to use them when I was stung multiple times by a swarm of hornets. They mold to your body, making them more comfortable and actually icing the area that needs it (like ankles, wrists).
