i didnt start using Pacis thill my baby was around 3 weeks. while shes okay with smooth bottle nibs, she dispises smooth pacis and the texture on these binkis seems much more comforting and she reaponds to them well.

I love these! unlike the other pacifiers i have this one are ergonomic and fit to his face, they dont block his nose, I can rest easy knowing he is comfortable and can breath freely through his nose. Definitely recommend.
