Diabetic who doesn't like to eat breakfast. These shakes give me protein and not alot of carbs and just enough energy to last a few hours until I'm ready to eat. Easy, fast and portable.

Love the flavor of the drinks. I am going to try these warm to see if they are good. Been looking for a chai tea flavor for a long time and these do the trick for me. Got my mother to drink these too.

Smooth and decent flavor. Not chalky. I generally add them to my coffee so I don't need to add much cream or sugar to keep calories and carbs down and keeps my hunger off longer. Also adds another kick of caffeine so I only need to have one cup instead of two.
