These Zinc pills are really good. They are not extremely big, but they are bigger than a little capsule. They also do not have a taste and are easy to swallow as well. I've heard about the benefits of Zinc pills, but i just started using them so I cant say for sure if they are working for me yet.

The Spring Valley Fast Dissolve Zinc with Vitamin C, Chewable Tablets, Orange, 150 Count are so useful. I have been taking for about a month and have not suffered from the weather change sickness. They dissolve pretty quick. They taste great, exactly like orange flavor.

These zinc tablets have a tart citrus flavor and mild aftertaste. I do wish that the manufacturer would forgo the hydrogenated oil. Hydrogenated oil is used for freshness and I personally do not feel it is necessary for a daily supplement that is intended to be used up relatively quickly. The tab...
