It arrived a day earlier. Everything was in the box nothing missing. Took about 3.5 hours for me to put togather. My 2 year old son loves it. Can't get him to come inside now.

I managed to put this swing set together on my own in about 2.5 hours. It was a bit difficult. You really have to pay attention to the screws you are using and the slide was a major pain to get together but it's doable. Just stick with it. Use a power drill for sure!
