I seem to do better physically and mentally when taking multivitamins, but I also eat healthy which makes a big difference. I believe Centrum makes a quality product, and the label indicates the proper amount of nutrients.

The best multivitamins for my mom for 3 simple reason, First the amount of the vitamins really works on her body, second , it's affordable and you can find it everywhere and last but not least , this one came in packages of 200 vitamins, which are more than 6 months covered!
