I've always wanted to use insoles but never had the room in my shoes.lol I put them in my Dr. Martens and I absolutely love them! I am on my feet 12 to 16 hr a day. I took them out after about a week and right back in they went!

Bought these insoles for my husband as his job requires alot of walking and stand, and he loved them. Paid over $100.00 dollars for his steel toe work boots and the insole in them are not made to last anymore, so these definitely helped. Will buy again.
