This was one of the easiest computers to start up and use that I've ever had. I do not understand the complaints on Windows 8, if you use a smartphone it all makes sense. I like Windows 8. The only down side to this particular laptop is that it is a little heavier than I would like.

Good specs to start, yhey for ugrades you will need them to keep the laptop running. first thing Service dept tried to do was sell me extended warranty... for what a junk computer??? Yhep. Always updating and you cant stop it. last one lasted an hour hope you not in a hurry. want to send it back....
