Probiotics were prescribed to me by my doctor and since I have been taking this particular Spring Valley Probiotic I haven't had one urinary infection and my stomach is generally so much better as is my digestion. I highly recommend it.

I received these Spring Valley Daily Probiotic Vegetarian Capsules. It came with 30 capsules which is a months supply since you only need to take one capsule each day. These pills aren't the easiest to swallow. They're on the larger side imho but they do a great job of balancing me out. I try to go to the bathroom once a day and have had issues with regularity and abdominal gas but this helped a lot. Overall, I would recommend.
