The picture and sound are great. The price was reasonable. I do not need all the bells and whistles, so the basics on this TV was perfect for me. I also like the follow up e-mails from LG with information (lots of good info.) on the model purchased and suggestions for optimal picture quality.

good price for a LG 47 in flat, but they did not send a manual with it. that was disappointing.
