Use this along with the drops for blepharitis. It definitely helps clean they eyelids and doesn't burn, sting and isn't harsh. I usually get this from Amazon but Walmart has it for a better price. It helps when you have pink eye and your lids are stuck together. It gets all the yuckies off.
