I bought this product and it was refurbished but when i plugged it in it would only stay on for 10-15 sec and turn itself off. I waited, changed outlets, but it wouldn't stay on so i had to return it.

Purchased this product to be used only once a month or so. Worked just fine one time, but the next month the disk holder would not open. Since the unit failed more than 90 days from purchase date the warranty was no good. One use is not a good track record.

i didnt know it wouldnt come without wires and batteries for the remote if i did i wouldve got it while i was at the store and i couldve spent a couple extra bucks and got a walmart brand for about the same $$$ and got everything with it ....
