I don't usually like nuts in baked goods but the walnuts add a nice little bonus to these muffins. Great banana flavor (not fake tasting) and very filling.

I like all of the muffins, I guess because I would have a large muffin for breakfast when I was not in this program and this has become my substitute, but I do have to cut it up into 1/8 pieces, to make me fell that I am eating a lot. I use a spoon to pick up each piece.

A quick 11 seconds in the micro and I have a warm, filling start to the day. The muffins seem small but they have a lot of "staying" power which is so important to remaining on track. I try to always have the muffins on hand.

this muffin didnt have much banana flavor....again as other muffins. ok breakfast if short of time... usually do this as morning snack with coffee break...
