Delicious vanilla flavored shakes aren't too sweet or too artificial either. Delicious cold but not bad room temperature. My go to when I need something to eat and food isn't an option. I always have one in my purse!

it's a great supplement! the flavor is tasty without a vitamin after taste. one thing though...the top is very very hard to twist open.I use a knife and go along the seam around the bottom of the lid to open easier. I'm very satisfied with the product. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Both my adolescent and husband drink these. They enjoy the variety of flavors, say they aren't chalky and are filling. These fill the protein void that we were having a difficult time filling adequately with just food alone. The drinks are very portable, easy to store and can be drunk room temper...

Good taste, curbs hunger. Just enough of everything to make it a meal when you don't have time to eat but need something on your stomach. Price does keep going up while the bottles seem to be getting smaller though
