This ear cleaning syringe works pretty well for cleaning your ears. I use it right out of the shower and then flush my ears. The tip is soft and pliable, it doesn't stab you or hurt and it sprays outwards to clean the canal. I also use it with peroxide.

Push slowly or it will shoot out really far. Directions says gently insert tip into the ear but doesn't say how far so I just barely put it in no further than I would a q-tip. Very happy to have found this product. My daughter has had problems with earwax since she was a baby and it makes her very uncomfortable when anyone touches her ears. She felt relieved to see something like this to help her without sticking metal things in her ears.
