If you are already congested, it will take 2-3 days to start helping. I have used this product for YEARS and it has always worked very well. In fact, it has always been one of my favorite cortisone nasal sprays. I just make sure to start using it at the first sign of congestion.

Works great, especially if you were addicted to nasal sprays like afrin. Dump the saline sprays they dont help with congestion, stuffy nose etc. I finally sleep better, keeps nose much clearer at all times. And generic price is $8 less than brand name.
