Half of these are broken open!! Check out the hole on the side of the tray. Tiny pieces of plastic scattered around and interspersed in the food. Going straight into the trash. What a total waste of my money!!

My frozen box arrived in frozen condition. My pantry non frozen box never came. I reported it, but still never came. This was an expensive order and I was very disappointed.

This kit is a complete waste of money. In addition to spending $14/day on "meals", you have to add eggs from your refrigerator and vegetables to make it a complete plan. On average, you are getting $3-5 worth of pre-packaged food each day. The meals are tiny and absolutely tasteless. Do yourself...

I didn't expect gourmet, but this was really awful. And I'm not a finicky eater. There was a cinnamon meal-bar that tasted like soap mixed with alfalfa, just as an example. Plus you're not allowed any fruit, which just doesn't seem healthy.

I like this kit to keep on hand for those times I may otherwise be tempted to grab something not on my plan. I don't really use it as a 7 day diet. The meals are good for what they are, there is always way more of whatever sauce, so I often add frozen riced cauliflower to just about any of them.
