WOW, this peanut butter powder is really good. I have a dozen or so cans stuck away, and decided to open up the oldest one and give it a try. I added a a little bit less water than they said, then put in the difference in olive oil. The PB was smooth, creamy and delicious.

I stumbled onto my favorite use of this stuff. Makes a pretty decent coffee creamer additive. I add less than a teaspoon of regular creamer and then about a teaspoon of this. Its like eating a light breakfast at the same time, my hunger is almost instantly quieted.
