This product is incredibly poorly and cheaply made. The track does not fit together well, only one of two cars worked, and the one that worked only worked for two minutes. Also only one of the two controllers worked at all. Hearth Song is a racket and a rip off. Avoid at all costs.

This was the one gift my son asked for from Santa. The box arrived as a completely blank white box. I printed a picture off of the website so he would know what was in the box that Santa brought him and I taped it to the box. The parts break as you put the track together and the track didn't come...

The race track was such a pain to put together...the directions were terrible. Then once we finally got it to work, the cars would not stay on the track. After using it a few times, one of the lanes will not work at all. I expect better from Hearth Song. Very, very disappointed.

Took forever to set up and it doesn't work. Car constantly falls off track when it works. Ruined Christmas.
