This machine is very difficult to thread and keep threaded. You get what you pay for. My other sergers have been more expensive and much easier to thread and use. Better quality. Extremely difficult to thread. Very disappointed with the overall performance of this machine. This is my 4th serger in the past 30 years. I am still using my original BabyLock. I know this one won't last even 1/4 of that time. Not great quality.
