I charged the battery pack when it is left with 1 bar, and I charged it the whole night like from 8PM to 7AM the next morning, the power indicator still left 1 bar, very disappointed with this product.

Worked great for several months, protects phone even when dropped. However, it no longer charges.

this case provides no additional protection to phone looks and feels like the phone is going to fall out, I will be calling customer service in order to return this product :( sad cause I was really hoping for a good product design

Excellent idea! However, the bulkiness is really unbearable sometimes. Also, what bothers me the most is the limited protection it provides. If this product were to also encompass the device, it would be the best case I have ever seen. It makes my experience with my S7 the best mobile experience ...

The amount of battery said on the website is not the amount the product says. The case takes a really long time to charge. Keeps turning on when I don't want it to.
