I would have rated it zero but that was not an option .... bought two at the same time ..... both stopped working at the same time .... no help from customer service (on hold forever when phoned or no answer) .... I will never buy a Dirt Devil product again.

I brought this thing two months ago and it does nothing! its a waste of money and my time trying to clean with it, only to turn around and do everything by hand.

The suction power is poor. Importantly, the battery is dead within 7 months and cannot even be charged now. we don't use it frequently more or less once every 2 weeks. Terrible product and support. Try to recharge more than 24 hours and it's not work.

I purchased this unit a couple of months ago and the battery will NOT take or hold a charge. This is the second Dirt Devil that I have purchased in the past year and both didn't hold a charge after a month. I would NOT recommend this unit to anyone.
