Handy to have on hand when you can't find fresh celery. I use it for a number of things, i.e. Chicken and/or Tuna Salad, Deviled Eggs, Potato and/or Pasta Salads, Soups, Stews, Beef and/or Pork Roasts, etc. Basically, everything you like celery in (and a few you probably haven't thought about)!
